Aristo Watches 10th Anniversary Celebration

1. Scope of application of discount
   The Aristo 10th Anniversary Celebration Discount is applicable to the purchase of any regular-priced watch in-store or online at Aristo. Eligible customers can enjoy the discount on selected models of watches.
2. Purchase restrictions
   Each qualifying order is limited to one selected discounted watch, and the offer can only be used once. Customers can choose the discounted watches they want to buy. The number of discounted watches is limited stock available, first come first served.
3. Purchase requirements
   This discount offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions or offers.This promotion is not valid for luxury watch industry professionals, including but not limited to resellers and wholesalers.
4. Validity period
   This discount offer is valid only during the anniversary period from December 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024. Invalid if expired.
5. Shipping charges and taxes
   Any shipping charges and import taxes are not included in the discount and must be responsibility by the customer.
6. Description of watch condition
   Some discounted watch models may be old stock and may have depreciated or slightly scratched. Customers must carefully inspect the watch before purchasing. Once sold, the product will not be returned or exchanged.
7. Right of final interpretation
   Aristo reserves the right of final interpretation of this event and the right to change or terminate the event content at any time without prior notice.

1. Event Name and Organizer
   

   The “Egg-cellent Surprises” campaign (the “Compaign”) is organized by Aristo Watch and Jewellery Ltd. (“Aristo Watch”). The campaign period is from 11:00 am on December 1, 2024, to 9:00 pm on December 31, 2024 (the "Compaign Period"), based on Hong Kong Time and the time as recorded by Aristo Watch's server. Eligible participants in this campaign are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions, as well as any decisions made by Aristo Watch.

   Participants must meet these conditions to qualify as 'Eligible Participants'

   • Purchase any watch with a single transaction amount of HK$200,000 or above to receive one entry for the lucky draw. Each eligible transaction can only earn one lucky draw entry.
   • Purchases must be made in-store at Aristo Watch, located on the 7th floor, 33 Cameron Road, Tsim Sha Tsui;
   • There is no limit to the number of times participants can enter the draw; each qualifying purchase grants one entry;
   • Participants must strictly comply with these terms and conditions. By meeting all the above conditions, the participant qualifies and agrees to these terms.
2. How to Participate
   During the Campaign Period, customers who meet the spending criteria can participate in the “Egg-cellent Surprises” lucky draw at the store with their same-day purchase receipt. Each qualifying purchase grants one entry.
   Operating Hours: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 am – 6:30pm.
   Non-members must fill out a registration form to provide personal details, which will be used for verification and future communication purposes. This information will be kept strictly confidential.Members are not required to complete the registration form.
3. Eligibility and Prizes
   
   1. Each winner will receive one of the following prizes:
      • Travel agency cash voucher value at HK$10,000 (2 vouchers of HK$5,000 each)
      • Watch discount coupon has a value of HK$8,000
      • Watch discount coupon has a value of HK$5,000
      • Watch discount coupon has a value of HK$2,000
      • Watch discount coupon has a value of HK$500
      • Watch collection box (value of HK$2,000)
      • Free watch wrapping service (value of HK$2,000)
      • Free watch refurbishment and maintenance service (value of HK$2,000)
      • 10ml perfume (value of HK$80)
      • Changing tray (value of HK$50)
   2. All prizes are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, non-saleable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Aristo Watch assumes no liability for any lost, stolen, or damaged prizes and will not reissue prizes under any circumstances.
   3. Aristo Watch is not the manufacturer or supplier of i) travel agency cash vouchers, ii) watch protection film services, or iii) watch refurbishment and maintenance services. Aristo Watch does not guarantee the quality, supply, collection, or use of these prizes. Any disputes regarding these prizes must be resolved directly between the winner and the manufacturer/supplier.
   4. Aristo Watch’s responsibility is limited to providing i) watch discount coupons, ii) watch collection boxes, iii) 10ml perfume, and iv) changing trays. Aristo Watch is not liable for any prize defects.
4. Lucky Draw Arrangements and Winner Notification
   
   1. Each qualifying purchase grants an automatic lucky draw entry, conducted through the “Egg-cellent Surprises” machine in-store.
   2. All lucky draw results are final, and winners will receive their prizes immediately.
   3. The event completion announcement will be published on January 7, 2025, in Hong Kong's "Ming Pao" and "South China Morning Post," and on Aristo Watch's official Instagram account.
5. Right of Final Interpretation
   Aristo Watch reserves the right of final interpretation for these terms and conditions.

1. Each participant can only claim the prize once, regardless of the number of social media accounts, and it cannot be transferred to others.
2. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or returned.
3. Aristo Watch reserves the right to replace prizes. If the prize stock is insufficient, the company will provide a substitute of equal value.
4. This event is only applicable to participants in Hong Kong, and prizes must be collected at the store. Mailing service is not provided.
5. All photos uploaded by participants must be real photos of the participant or his or her watch, and must not involve any illegal, infringing or inappropriate content. In case of violation, Aristo Watch reserves the right to disqualify the participant.
6. Aristo Watch reserves the right to modify, cancel or terminate the event, and has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions.
