• The deposit is non-refundable unless we cannot fulfill the pre-order
• Generally, the pre-order period is within 7 - 14 days
• We will contact you ASAP when we expect a longer order period
• Settle the balance within 30 days when the watch arrives to us. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.
